Discovery today announced the appointment of Anton Ossip as the new CEO of Discovery Insure. Ossip replaces Steffen Gilbert, who joined Discovery on a contract basis in September 2009 to specifically assist with the initial development and operationalisation of Discovery Insure, and has successfully guided the Discovery Insure team through the launch phase.

Ossip joined Discovery in June 2011, and brings with him substantial expertise in the personal lines short-term insurance market. As such, he has played a critical role in the development of Discovery Insure post-launch.
